You can return your order to us within 14 days. The return costs within Germany are free. Request a return label by emailing us and follow the return instructions.

HOOD7 does not assume any costs for returns outside of Germany.
Send your return to the following address via a shipping service provider of your choice. We recommend that you choose insured shipping.

If you have to return an item because it was defective or delivered incorrectly, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the cost of the return postage. In this case, please contact our customer service.

There is no right to a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for items that have already been worn, soiled or washed. A return due to the use of fabric softener is not a reason for complaint.

The invoice amount will be refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was placed.

The processing of a return can take up to 14 working days.
