You can return your order to us within 14 days. Returns within Germany are free. Request a return label by email and follow the instructions for a return: hej@hood7.com

HOOD7 does not cover the costs of returns outside of Germany.
Send your return via a shipping provider of your choice to the following address. We recommend choosing insured shipping.

Should you need to return an item because it is defective or was delivered incorrectly, we will review each case individually and reimburse the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service in this case.

Items that have already been worn, soiled, or washed are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns due to the use of fabric softener are not a valid reason for a complaint.

The invoice amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the order.

Processing a return can take up to 14 working days.
